Male Menopause - Andropause

Andropause, often called male menopause, is the gradual decline of testosterone as men age—sometimes dropping significantly by mid-life. This can lead to reduced energy, strength, motivation, and libido, often worsened by stress, weight gain, and lack of exercise.

Underlying imbalances such as low testosterone, high estrogen, disrupted cortisol, thyroid issues, cardiometabolic conditions, and elevated DHT can contribute to fatigue, weight gain, sleep problems, and reduced performance, making proper assessment essential to identify the root cause.
