Refund

Hormone Lab UK is committed to providing high-quality products and services. If a customer changes their mind, they are entitled to a refund as follows:

Individuals customers: They can change their mind and request a full refund within 15 working days from the date of placing their order. They don't have to provide any reason. However, we might ask the reason they ask for a refund to improve the quality of our service. If an individual customer changes their mind to return our product, they will be entitled to a full refund but be responsible for shipping costs. Please see more details on our RETURN PAGE. 

Wholesale (Clinics, Hospitals, Agents etc.): They can change their mind and request a full refund within seven working days from the date of placing their order. After receiving your product, you have seven working days to request a replacement or return. Wholesale customers must have a good reason (defect, broken etc.) to request a replacement or a return. We may not accept replacement or returns from wholesale buyers without a good reason. If a wholesale customer changes their mind to return our product, they will be entitled to a full refund but be responsible for shipping costs. Please see more details on our RETURN PAGE. 

Refund: If we haven't sent the product to the customer yet, we will issue the refund within 24 hours. If the product has been sent to the customer or it is in the process and cannot be stopped, we will issue the refund as soon as we receive a product for return; we will start processing with a full refund within two working days. If you ask for a replacement, we will reimburse any cost difference as soon as possible.
