Shipping policy

Our terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice to our customers. 

Shipping to Customers:

Dispatch Time & Method: Any orders received before 3 pm will be dispatched on the same day, either by post or courier service. Any orders received after 3 pm will be dispatched the next day. However, if your order is urgent, please get in touch with us by email or telephone, and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. 

Standard Delivery (2nd Class Delivery): You should generally expect your delivery in 2-3 working days.

Fast Delivery (1st Class Delivery): You should generally expect your delivery in 1-2 working days.

Next Day Delivery (Special Delivery): You should generally expect your Delivery on Next Day.

Weekend Delivery (Saturday Delivery): If you place your order on Friday, you should expect your delivery on Saturday. 

Urgent Delivery: If you need your order urgently, please contact us by email or telephone; providing exact requirements, we will endeavour to dispatch your order with an appropriate postal or courier service.

International Delivery: International customers should receive their deliveries within 3-7 working days. This depends on the service selected at the time of purchase.

Confirmation: After dispatching your products, we will send you a confirmation email.

Late Delivery: After receiving a confirmation email from us, you should receive your products within 5 working days. If you do not receive your products within this time frame, please contact us. Please visit the Contact Us section for our contact details.

Out-of-Stock Products and Back Orders: At Hormone Lab, we aim to provide customers with high-quality products and services. Unfortunately, we may sometimes run out of stock; in this case, we will contact you either via email or telephone. If you want to place a backorder, we will inform you of the estimated time frame. Alternatively, we might be able to offer you similar products; if you wish to accept one of these products, we will deal with it accordingly. 

Responsibility: We are not responsible for late Delivery if it should occur for a reason beyond our control, such as a strike, accident, post office/courier mistake, the act of god etc. However, we will do our best to provide a high standard of service to our customers and take responsibility.

Shipping To Laboratory: Customers are responsible for shipping their samples to ZRT Laboratory based in the USA. Shipping usually cost between £8-£10 if the customer sends via Royal Mail (Post Office), and it usually takes 3-5 working days to reach the Laboratory. Your saliva sample usually remains fresh for up to 30 days, and your Bloodsport and Urine Spot for up to 45 days.
